While on the JCCC campus today, I explored the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art. Designed the the world-renowned architect Kyu Sung Woo, the 38,000 square-foot museum houses four major changing exhibition galleries, three permanent collection galleries, a new media gallery, a Kansas City-based artists' project gallery, a 200-seat auditorium, two classrooms, a museum store, and cafe. The Nerman Museum is the largest art contemporary art museum in the four-state region and one of the premier contemporary art museums in America.
