This 365 acre brackish water wetland area features a hiking trail, visitor center and kayak rental. When the city of Cape Coral was being developed, the state stepped in and mandated that the area, known as Four Mile Cove, be preserved. Wildlife sightings include ibis, snakes, eagles, herons and other migratory and wading birds, and raccoons.
