Friday night I went to the Jazz Gallery on Hudson Street to see pianist Jason Lindner & Breeding Ground. This concert was part of the Care Fusion Jazz Fest. Jason's new large ensemble included 2 violins, a viola, cello, trombone, electric bass, baritone sax, alto sax/flute, drum and vocal.
Jason has been a fixture on the New York jazz scene since the mid-90's and has shared the stage and studio with many incredible artists.
