Saturday I tried to get from Baltimore's Penn Station to Washington, DC via the Marc train, but found only the Amtrak ran on the weekends.......for $25 each way! Instead, I went to the Greenbelt Metro station and rode into Union Station. Union Station opened in 1908, serves 32 million people each year and now includes a huge food court and a variety of shops.
