Saturday morning I took the Megabus into NYC. Disembarking at 28th/7th I began walking east on 28th through the flower district where thousands of spring flowers were lined along the sidewalk....daffs, tulips and hyacinths. Turning south on 5th Avenue and walking for a couple blocks I came to the Flatiron Building. Originally called the Fuller Building, it was considered one of the first skyscrapers ever built. This 22 floor building sits on a triangular island block on Broadway/5th Avenue/23rd Street.
