LaBrea Tar Pits

After Rodeo Drive, we drove down Wilshire Boulevard to the LaBrea Tar Pits. Hard to believe, but these pits are right in downtown Los Angeles! It's rather freaky to think that tar is bubbling out of the ground with so many buildings close by.
