Due to a mishap involving an open bottle of water in a purse we missed our dinner reservations at Maggione's and instead wound up at Leatherby's Cafe' Rouge, the bar/restaurant inside Segerstrom Hall. There we enjoyed cocktails and braised shortrib sliders and made friends with the bartender, Justin. Here is Justin being creative and surprising us with his new cocktail creations:
