Tonight I joined a sold-out house to see the Jeff Hamilton Trio at Jardine's in Kansas City. Joining Jeff was the brilliant pianist Tamir Hendelman and Christoph Luty on acoustic bass.
Renowned drummer Jeff Hamilton has performed and recorded with Ray Brown, Natalie Cole, Diana Krall, Rosemary Clooney, Barbra Streisand, and Mel Torme. He also appeared in Natalie Cole's Great Performances PBS special Unforgettable and an Oscar Peterson documentary Life In The Key Of Oscar.
