After enjoying the Salvador Dali bronze sculpture exhibit on the main floor, I took the elevator to the 5th floor to Dizzy's Club Coca Cola to see Rodney Whitaker and Carl Allen's sophomore project Work To Do. Featuring Mr. Whitaker on double bass, Carl Allen on drums, Rodney Jones on electric guitar, Tim Green on alto and soprano sax, and the great Eric Reed on piano,these songs combined R&B, soul, jazz, and gospel and took heart, soul, and tempo to another joyful level.
