After the Mary Stallings and Eric Reed Trio performance at Dizzy's in New York last night, since I had some time, I walked down 8th Avenue from 59th (Columbus Circle) to 33rd Street looking at holiday lights and store window displays. Many stores including Macy's, Saks, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdale's, and Barney's will have spectacular holiday displays after Thanksgiving. Crews were also starting to set up for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on 34th. Here are just a few photos.
