Belvedere Square is a unique area in north Baltimore. From boutique retail shops and restaurants to the Market at Belvedere Square, a newly refurbished 5,400 square foot gourmet market specializing in organic meats, just picked produce, fresh pastries, exotic nuts, soups, sweets and other specialty items, shopping here becomes an "occasion." Also at the Square tonight, as part of the Summer Sounds Concert Series, was the band Mambo Combo, playing soca and samba sounds. They did a decent cover of Santana's Oye Como Va.
