Leaving the beauty of Assateague Island National Seashore, I headed to tacky Ocean City. Similar to Galveston but 10 times the size, it was one long 4 lane highway lined with hotels and restaurant/bars. They did have a boardwalk, a cool kite shop and of course a gorgeous beach. A parking ticket put a damper on an otherwise wonderful day.
