I went to An Die Musik in downtown Baltimore tonight to see the George Colligan Trio. George, who plays piano, trumpet and drums, was raised mostly in Columbia, Maryland and is probably best known for his association with Cassandra Wilson, with whom he has played since 2000.
Joining George was Josh Ginsburg, a Baltimore native, on bass and EJ Strickland, twin brother of Marcus, on drums.
