One block of 34th Street in downtown Baltimore is decorated for the holidays. And I do mean decorated. One family started the tradition in 1947 and soon other homeowners followed. During the season, hundreds of cars drive up and down the street, directed by the local police. Baltimore Energy helps with their electric bills for the month. It's spectacular.
